Here we have grilled potatoes, carrots and pork tenderloin. I used my steak seasoning in the potatoes and the pork but feel free to use whatever you like or have on hand. For the carrot glaze I mixed soy sauce, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce. It’s an easy way to elevate your veggies. I also love grilling pork tenderloin. It’s a great value and they cook super fast. I like going over high direct heat and pulling it off at 140 internal. Let it rest for 10 minutes and you have a perfect pork tenderloin.
