I said I would workout out for 62 days straight so that I could not only build a new habit but maintain it y’all! And I did ; I did it!
According to research, it takes 62 days to build a maintain a habit. These 62 days have taught me so much about myself. I am resilient, I am transparent, I am resourceful and I love movement. I forgot this about me; I forgot that I know exactly how to show up for myself because I was down for so long; 2.5 years to be exact.
That’s okay though because that’s a part of life; you fall down and you get back up again. And the best part is that God will be there with you in the dark and in the light; he’s always going to have your back y’all. It’s hard to remember in the dark but I need you to hold on to that because that faith is what will bring you back to the light ❤️
