Slowly getting back into lifting 🏋🏽♀️ all power snatches as my legs and knees were smoked from my 20-miler the day before.
It’s been hard to add more lifting into my routine while training for my marathon but there are different seasons of life and I have been wanting to run a marathon for a few years so I committed to it and am doing it in October.
Maybe I’ll do a weightlifting meet or powerlifting after? Who knows… but I do know that we have this one life and I’m going to make the most of it. What is something you want to accomplish?
