Also known as “white chocolate brownies”—no these are not the same as blondies which don’t have any chocolate in them at all.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 5 large eggs at room temp
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 oz white chocolate
- 1 stick unsalted butter
TO MAKE:
1. Whisk together flour, salt, and baking powder
2. In a separate bowl whisk together eggs, sugars, vanilla, and oil
3. Melt butter and white chocolate in a sauce pain on low heat until smooth
4. Add white chocolate mixture to the sugar egg mixture and whisk until smooth. Store in flour mixture with a spatula until just combined
5. Bake in a 13x9 inch pan at 350 degrees for 28 to 32 minutes
