Bruschettini Crackers
Servings: About 24–30 crostini (depending on baguette size)

Ingredients:
• 1 baguette (day-old works best)
• 3–4 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
• 1 tsp dried Italian herbs (oregano, thyme, rosemary, basil)
• Sea salt, to taste
• Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
