Garden Focaccia đŸȘŽđŸ«œđŸ’ The perfect way to use some of those beautiful early fall flowers & herbs.  đŸ˜± cutest ever and going to make my bread making “mush” happier! Below is my very basic focaccia recipe. You can add to this however you’d like. Think herbs, veggies, spices, cheese, etc. it’s the perfect base. 2 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast (or 1 standard packet) 2 teaspoons sugar 1 1/3 cup warm water  4 cups flour  2 teaspoons kosher salt (+ more for topping) 1/2 cup olive oil (+ more for greasing) Desired edible toppings for decoration Salt & pepper to taste DIRECTIONS: Combine the yeast, sugar and warm water in a bowl.
