Garden Focaccia đȘŽđ«đ The perfect way to use some of those beautiful early fall flowers & herbs. Plus, weâre entering mushroom season so, if you can get your hands on some oyster mushrooms like these then youâve got the recipe for a very yummy focaccia (literally). When I tell you the squeal I squmpt when I saw them⊠đ± cutest ever and going to make my bread making âmushâ happier! Below is my very basic focaccia recipe. You can add to this however youâd like. Think herbs, veggies, spices, cheese, etc. itâs the perfect base.
2 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast (or 1 standard packet)
2 teaspoons sugar
1 1/3 cup warm waterÂ
4 cups flourÂ
2 teaspoons kosher salt (+ more for topping)
1/2 cup olive oil (+ more for greasing)
Desired edible toppings for decoration
