Dan Benway, Grace's father, was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer two years ago that has since progressed to stage four. Grace Benway and her fiancé, Thomas Decourcey, are set to get married in Colorado next month. Though her father "did really want to try to make it" to the out-of-state ceremony, the rapid progression of his cancer forced them to make other arrangements, she said.
