This week's featured childhood cancer hero is Charleigh Speaks! Charleigh is a spunky little girl who loves animals, and looks at her brother like he hung the stars. At just 10 months old, she was diagnosed with a rare condition called multi-system Langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH) in several organs and bones. She was also positive for the BRAF gene, which is connected to the development of tumors. Charleigh began chemotherapy treatment immediately and will continue until February 2026, fighting bravely!
