Your Convocation glow-up starts here. 🎓Here’s what you need to know: ✅ Arrive Early – Get to the Welland Campus at least 1 hour before your ceremony. There’s no coat check, so pack light! 👔 Dress Code – Semi-formal or business casual. Your gown will cover everything above the knees, so plan accordingly. 🎟️ Gowning Room – Follow the signs to pick up your Gown Card and Ceremony Card. No need to bring or pay for anything—it’s all provided. 📍 Line Up – Find your program sign and line up alphabetically. Staff will be there to guide you. 🏟️ During the Ceremony – Expect the ceremony to run 90–120 minutes. Please stay seated until it’s officially over. 🎓 Return Your Gown – Don’t forget to return your gown and hood to receive your credential. ⏰ Gowning Room closes at 6 PM and between AM/PM ceremonies.
