The Philadelphia Phillies' path to a World Series just got tougher. On Monday, the Phillies placed shortstop Trea Turner on the 10-day injured list after straining his right hamstring. Turner said he’s hoping to be back by the time the playoffs start at the end of September. Third baseman Alec Bohm is also on the IL because of a sore shoulder.
