Connecting with nature.
I highly recommend you all spend time outdoors, every day. Even if it’s just 30 minutes per day, going for a walk, hike, biking or just spending time in nature.
It’s something I just always have loved, nowadays that’s hiking up the mountains in Spain, walking along the beach, having a swim in the sea, exploring caves and so on.
I’ve spoken before about it, but something I highly recommend is grounding. It allows you to connect yourself to the earth and receive negative ions that have an antioxidant effect on the body and I’ve felt numerous benefits over the years.
It’s so easy to do too, simply walking barefoot on grass or sand, lying on the ground or even submersing in water.
And yeah I know it’s not so easy when you’re in a cold, rainy ass place like the UK😂… but try it.
