❗️The 2026 Dodge Durango R/T 392 and SRT Hellcat won’t be sold in 17 states. Both trims pack massive V-8 power: the 6.4L “392” makes 475 hp, while the 6.2L supercharged Hellcat delivers 710 hp and 645 lb-ft. The restricted CARB states include California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, and Washington. Only the Durango GT with its 5.7L Hemi V-8 remains available in CARB states since it meets emissions compliance. Dodge says it is working with regulators to potentially certify the higher-output trims in the future. Non-CARB states still get the full lineup, with the Hellcat offered through Dodge’s “Jailbreak” program for unique colors, wheels, and interiors.
