I knew you were looking for an evening snack… 😙 one of my FAVORITES to make! Gluten-Free Phyllo Dough • 1 cup rice flour • ½ cup tapioca flour • 1 tbsp olive oil • 1 ¼ cups water • ¼ tsp salt ⸻ For Dubai Chocolate 1. Melt chocolate of choice with coconut oil. 2. Coat moldings and freeze. 3. Pipe phyllo dough into strings on pan (no oil). 4. After it cools, fry in pan with butter. 5. Mix in Campo d’Oro pistachio butter and tahini. 6. Add to mold. 7. Put chocolate on top and freeze. 8. Once solid, eat! #dubaichocolate #glutenfree #gfdubaichocolate
