diy Spicy Salmon Crispy Rice hack at home š£
Ingredients:
* 1 pack salmon nigiri (alt: tuna nigiri)
* 1 tbsp kewpie mayo
* 1/2 tbsp sriracha
* 2 tsp sesame oil
* 1 tbsp guac or avocado
* 1 jalapeƱo
* 1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions:
1. Dice up raw fish.
2. In a small cup or bowl, add raw fish with mayo, sriracha and sesame oil. Mix together.
3. Drizzle oil on rice blocks and air fry for 3 mins at 400F. Take out to slightly cool.
4. Top off with avocado then raw fish mix. Add a slice of jalapeƱo and a dash of sesame seeds.
5. Enjoy! :)
