Tornado Egg Shrimp Recipe:
- 5 BurnbraeFarms Naturegg Omega 3 Brown Eggs (available in 12 and 18 packs at most major Canadian grocery stores)
- 1/2 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp White pepper
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 5 oz Shrimp
Optional Topping: Green Onions - for added intelligence (CHONG ming) ha!
Instructions:
1. Crack 5 eggs into a bowl and add in soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar and white pepper + whisk
2. Heat up a large non-stick pan/wok to medium heat with oil.
3. Cook shrimp on both sides then place to the side.
4. Turn heat to high.
5. Pour egg mixture into pan and use a spatula to push the egg in and out to create a tornado shape.
6. Once tornado shape is formed and the top of the egg is still runny, add back in the shrimp, turn off heat and cover with a lid until egg is just cooked.
7. Enjoy!
