My hot take is I love apple flavored fall food more than pumpkin so for a fall overnight oats recipe I had to make apple pie oats! I could eat the caramelized apples by themselves everyday
Recipe:
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/4 ish cup Greek yogurt
- caramelized apples: 1 Apple sautéed with olive oil, cinnamon and brown sugar
- cinnamon
Combine everything in a mason jar and store overnight in the fridge!!
