How to make the ultimate calorie deficit hack (1KG JELLY CONCOCTION) ๐ฎ
This used to save my life every single day when I was STARVING during my bodybuilding competition prep. Itโs stupidly filling, easy to make, and you can make it as low as 300 calories if youโre really trying to save calories ๐๐ผ
All you need is:
๐๐ผ Zero sugar jelly mix
๐๐ผ Greek yogurt, protein yogurt, or protein custard of your choice (code LEE if you use musclenation protein custard hehe xo)
๐๐ผ Frozen or fresh fruit of your choice (I like some form of berries)
๐๐ผ For those with extra calories, you can add granola, chia seeds, cereal, muesli, chocolate syrup, etc.
