How to perfectly cook chicken breast every time 🍗 As a lazy bodybuilder who eats a lot of protein but LOVES food, I can’t stand overcooked chicken breast. So I’ve spent my life trying to find the easiest way to perfectly cook chicken breast and I’ve finally cracked the code 😤 This fool proof technique is great because: 👉🏼 You don’t need oil (no added calories) 👉🏼 You only need an air fryer 👉🏼 Keeps the chicken moist and tender (only the quality of chicken will affect the tenderness) 👉🏼 You can season and marinate your chicken however you want (you can also coat it in baking soda for 20-30 minutes and then rinse it off before marinating to always guarantee the tenderness, but I’m not a fan of the salty taste afterwards unless the chicken is heavily marinated) ‼️ VERY IMPORTANT‼️ Follow the cooking guide very carefully as it’s very easy to undercook and overcook.
