Ingredients:
50g traditional oats
150g marinara mix
100g passata cooking sauce
5g chicken seasoning powder or stock powder
250ml water
10g parmesan
parsley flakes
onion powder
Optional Garnishes:
parsley flakes
parmesan cheese
Method
1. In a bowl, everything together and mix. You can store this in the fridge for meal prep, or you can have it straight away!
2. Microwave for 1.5 minutes and stir. Further microwave for 2 minutes.
3. Give it one final stir, garnish it if you want, and enjoy!
