Ingredients:
50g of oats
250ml water
18g shiso miso
20g spinach
Toppings:
1 egg
30g cooked mushroom
55g cooked chicken breast
furikake
Method
1. In a pot, add oats and water, and bring to a boil.
2. Mix in miso and once everything is combined, add the spinach.
3. Once the spinach cooks down, transfer to a bowl and add your toppings of choice. I added a pan fried egg, sautƩed mushrooms, cooked chicken breast, and furikake.
