Getting back into my early morning routine 🌸 Getting up early can be tough, especially after falling off routine but here are a few tips that have GREATLY helped me with getting back on track: 1. Prepare the night before: Lay out clothes, make a to-do list, and organize anything you might need in the morning, that way you aren’t scrambling to get yourself ready and waste any time! 2. Create a bedtime routine: turning off your screens 30 minutes before bed, drink your night time beverage or taking your melatonin before you do your self care/shower and set out your outfit for the next day! 3. If you love hitting the snooze button like me, try placing your alarm away from your bed. Having to physically get out of bed to turn it off forces you to start waking up 4. Expose yourself to natural light: Open your blinds or step outside as soon as you wake up. Natural light helps reset your circadian rhythm and makes you feel more alert.
