Do the work early and your post player will have great position down low. 1 - Cut to wing, spot up. 2 - Enter court in corner, be ready to shoot. 3 - Set stationary screen, pop out, enter ball to post player. 4 - Cut hard to wing, swing ball to top, spot up. 5 - Post up early, do not allow defender time and space to deflect pass or challenge shot.
