Your lactate threshold is the intensity where your body switches from comfortably clearing lactate to producing it faster than it can clear it — the tipping point before fatigue hits hard.
Every workout has a purpose: Recovery runs, easy runs, tempos, intervals, you name it BUT if you don’t know your training zones how are you supposed to train effectively?
