You can kiss goodbye to cheat days after this video. In fact, I don’t even like calling them cheat days, I call them Calculated Enjoyments.
Life’s about balance so here’s the formula: Whatever your calorie daily intake is, eat 200 calories less every day of the week. Take those 200 calories and multiply it by 7.
You know have 1,400 extra calories to enjoy your Friday night with moderation.
My point is: a routine that’s too hard is going to break you and you won’t be able to sustain it for a long time.
Leave room to live life a little so you never feel like you’re punishing yourself and stopping you from enjoying life.
And that’s my trick to stay consistent.
