Here are five jump movements that all athletes should incorporate into their training. These are the categories of jump/plyo movements that should be focused on throughout the training ⬇️
1️⃣ Reactive Hurdle Jumps
2️⃣ Weighted Jumps
3️⃣ Horizontal Jumps (Broad Jumps, Bounds..)
4️⃣ Single Leg Hops
5️⃣ Box Jump Variations
In my training, I will usually pick one of these movement categories per training session & rotate them throughout the week.
