I didn't want to come on this trip... But I'm glad I did. Because it's actually a crazy opportunity to be here, and I draw a lot of parallels to situations in my past... Not showing up when I should because I wasn't "motivated" or I was tired, or I just didn't want to. Discipline is showing up even when your motivation doesn't.
