For the first time ever I actually feel comfortable in my own skin , I don’t feel shame when I look in the mirror or feel the need to hide behind filters & baggy t shirts !! I started this weight loss journey for myself, it wasn’t to make weight for a fight that I would baloon up again straight after , It wasn’t to look good for a photo shoot that I’d starved myself for it was so I could actually feel healthy & happy! My last fight was FOUR weight divisions above my world champion weight class & if I’m honest I struggled like mad to even get down to that🙈 I feel physically the best I’ve ever felt & I’m eating more food than ever before 🤌 When the nutrition is right everything else follows!!
