TUESDAYS 🔥🦅🔥 Phoenix - a full body strength session that builds power, stability, and confidence. Target every major muscle group with structured sets, smart progressions, and strength that lasts beyond the session.
FRIDAYS 🏜️ Desert Heat - a mix of cardio and resistance… you get to choose - go heavy OR go fast - your workout l, your burn. Two laps; stick to the plan or mix it up. Bring on the heat!
