LIONS EDGED BY DONS: The jserra_boys_water_polo team was defeated by the Cathedral Catholic Dons by a score of 6-4 on Friday in a nonleague game at Cathedral Catholic High School in San Diego. JSerra is now 14-7 overall. Senior Connor Colman scored the Lions; lone first half goal on a five-meter shot, as JSerra trailed 2-1 at the intermission. Sophomore Dylan Park tied the contest at 2-2 late in the third period, but Cathedral Catholic answered with the tie-breaking goal with less than two minutes left in the period. The Dons added three goals in the inside the final three minutes of the fourth quarter, offsetting Colman’s second goal and a score by sophomore Cal Ulicny.
