Was having a kind of tough morning knowing I’m supposed to training with my team in Ottawa this week, and instead I’m banned from flying for a few more weeks and adjusting to injecting myself every 12 hours with the most painful med I’ve had so far. Yes, I’m icing & pinching & going slowly & alternating sides (my left side is looking even worse lol) but it’s OK! I’ll get used to it, I’ll get through the next 8 or 9 months, and the necessary perspective shift today is that despite it all, I’m right where I always hoped to be: graduated from my IVF clinic and 5 days away from the second trimester 💖 And everything else in life will still be waiting for me when I’m ready for it. 💪✨ #ivf #ivfpregnancy #lovenox #firsttrimester
