Asking for help or outsourcing help should never come with shame or guilt. I do have issues with people who pretend like they don’t outsource and make other parents feel like they aren’t enough. Like I mentioned, this is what we currently do… but it doesn’t mean it is the right way for all families. There should never be guilt associated with asking for help if it is needed or wanted.
