3. Get all my info in one place, easy to access, so festival buyers, managers, and labels have no friction when checking me out
4. Reach out personally to everyone I know and everyone I do not. Emails, DMs, in person introductions. Respectful and personalized, never spam
5. Position myself as an asset to their goals. Promoters want to reduce risk, so show them how working with you makes sense
6. Be relentless. Follow up, stay visible, and keep going until someone gives you a shot. One yes is all it takes to break through
