I’ve been making these Pumpkin Chocolate Baked Oats on repeat lately. They’re such a good go-to for a morning or afternoon snack. No banana here, just pumpkin puree to keep them soft and tasty. Pumpkin Chocolate Baked Oats 8x8 pan Ingredients 1 1/2 cups rolled oats 1 cup almond flour 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp pumpkin spice Pinch of salt 1 egg 1/3 cup maple syrup 3/4 cup pumpkin puree 2 tbsp coconut( avocado) oil or melted butter 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 cup chopped nuts 1 cup chocolate chip Instructions Preheat your oven to 350°F .
