Save for recipe ⬇️ Street Dog Onion Sauce: 1 tbsp olive oil 1 large yellow onion, thinly sliced 1 tsp brown sugar 1 tsp chili powder ½ cup tomato sauce 2 tbsp white vinegar Salt| Pepper| Seasoning to taste Sauté onions with brown sugar + chili powder until soft. Stir in tomato sauce + vinegar, simmer till thick. Grill your dogs, toast your buns, layer spicy brown mustard → dog → onion sauce → optional kraut/pickle.
