Full Recipe below 👇🏼 save it or lose it Comment “101” and ill DM you info on my full recipe book packed with 101 clean, high protein recipes like this one to help you pack on muscle ✅ My all time favorite meal growing up Ingredients (they’re doubled in the video) • 2 pounds ground beef • 2 cups onion, chopped • 2 cups bell peppers, chopped • 2 jalapenos (or hot banana peppers) • 2(14.50z) cans kidney beans (1 light/1 dark) • 2 (14.5oz) cans stewed or diced tomatoes • 16 oz tomato sauce • 4 tsp chili powder, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1 tsp salt, 2 cloves garlic, 1 tsp basil • 1 (8oz) container of mushrooms Prep: 1. Large pot- add ground beef, onions, peppers, and garlic. Cook until redness out of meat. Drain excess liquid. 2. Add undrained beans, tomatoes, tomato sauce. Mix and keep cooking. 3. Add chili powder, salt, pepper, basil, mushrooms. 4. Mix and continue cooking on medium heat. Once bubbling/boiling, reduce heat. 5. Cover and cook for 25-30 minutes. 6.
