🫒Kelp & Caper Tapenade🫒
We love a recipe that embraces salty, savory, umami ingredients – and when news broke that bigpicturefoods launched their fermented & regeneratively grown capers wholefoods this month (find our Kelp Cubes in Whole Foods too), we had to hit the kitchen!
Gather:
- 1 cup bigpicturefoods Greek Mix olives, roughly chopped
- 2 Atlantic Sea Farms Original Kelp Cubes
- 2 tbsp bigpicturefoods Fermented Capers, roughly chopped
- ¼ cup lightly packed fresh flat-leaf parsley (thin stems are ok), chopped
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ½ shallot, minced
- 2 sun dried tomatoes, minced
- 1 medium clove garlic, pressed or minced
- 2 tsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Fresh cracked pepper
- Fresh crusty bread for dipping!
Prepare:
In a medium sized bowl, combine ingredients and mix.
Grab a chunk of crusty fresh bread and enjoy!
