Onigiri is a traditional Japanese on-the-go snack that utilizes seaweed and is traditionally packed with a variety of umami-rich fillings. We made an Atlantic Sea Farms version, with our traceable and regenerative Organic Kelp Flake (we’re on Amazon!) and Spicy Fermented Seaweed Salad filling!🍙 Pan fried in a knob of butter, these are so simple, soo yummy and packed with our sustainably farmed superfood kelp!🌱🌊
✨Gather:
1 can of tuna
1/4 cup kewpie mayo
1/4 cup chopped Atlantic Sea Farms Spicy Gochujang Seaweed Salad
1/2 cup sushi rice, washed until water runs clear
2 tsp Atlantic Sea Farms Organic Kelp Flake
2 tsp white sugar dissolved in 2 tsp rice wine vinegar
Pinch of salt
Knob of butter
Onigiri mold
