12 eggs (for a 10” cast iron skillet)
1/2 cup milk
1 cup diced onion
3 garlic cloves, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tsp chili flakes
2 cups halved cherry tomatoes
1/3 cup grated Parmesan
1 cup halved mini mozzarella balls or fresh mozzarella
½ cup sliced basil
Preheat the oven to 400F.
