Skip the takeout and make my easy Tandoori Chicken at home! Juicy, tender, and packed with bold spices, it’s a simple recipe that brings big flavor to your table. Perfect for weeknight dinners or meal prep! Tandoori Chicken Ingredients: -1 lb of chicken -1/2 c Greek yogurt (I use 0%) -1 tsp garlic, minced -1 tsp ginger, minced -1 tsp garam masala -1/4 tsp cayenne pepper -1/2 tsp dry mustard -1.5 tsp salt -1/2 tsp pepper -1/2 tsp turmeric powder -2 tbsp lime juice -1 tbsp olive oil -red food coloring (optional) Directions: 1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl 2. Pat the chicken dry with a paper towel 3. Add chicken to the marinade & marinate for at least 2 hours. 4. Pre-heat over to 400. Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top. 5. Bake for 15min then turn the chicken over & baste with oil. 6. Bake for another 10 min or until temperature reaches 165. 7.
