Sweet, sticky, and full of cozy fall flavors! This Peach Cinnamon Roll “cobbler” is the ultimate treat; juicy peaches, bright citrus, and gooey cinnamon rolls baked together until golden brown. Perfect for brunch with friends… or topped with ice cream for dessert!
Peach Cinnamon Roll Cobbler
Ingredients:
-1 can cinnamon rolls
-3 cups of sliced peaches
-1/2 cup sliced or diced oranges
-the juice from the oranges or a splash of OJ
-2 tbsp lemon juice
-1 stick of Cinnamon & Sugar butter or just regular butter
-1/2 stick of unsalted butter
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a casserole dish, pour in the melted butters then add the peaches, oranges, & juices. Stir to combine.
3. Break up the cinnamon rolls into pieces and spread evenly over the top.
4. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
5. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes then top with icing if desired. Enjoy for breakfast, brunch or as a dessert with ice cream.
