I’m not sure I could be any more excited to share this Homemade Corned Beef & Cabbage recipe! This ain’t your average corned beef. 😏 If you’re able to find a brined corned beef at the store—great! And if not, it’s actually really easy to brine at home. You just need a large enough container and, well… time. The recommended brining period is 4-5 days. Now I’m not saying that this corned beef recipe will change your life, but if you feel about a *homemade reuben sandwich* the way I do, run—don’t walk.
