Beauty queens I’ve been sick with a cold behind the scenes and woke up the other day with a raging couple of pimples on my chin. This is what always happens to me when the weather starts to get cooler outside, especially as someone with chronic illness. 😬 ALSO, PSA, pimples are not disgusting - I was just feeling really down on myself here and frustrated at myself being sick again 🙏 But this reminded me of my favorite makeup tip, which is using @VIOLETTE FR’s invisible bandage to protect and prime the area BEFORE applying makeup. She remains one of my favorite and most underrated products from Violette’s brand. I love to use my @rephr brush 28 with my @NARS Cosmetics soft matte concealer which a a hot pour, and cover from there. This clear top coat will soothe and protect, and is IMHO the best way to prep a pimple area before applying makeup on top!
