With the largest turnout yet, RBC's latest #EmpowerHer event brought 150 young women in grades 11 and 12 to RBC Plaza for a day of networking with senior leaders, a tour of the RBC Capital Markets Trading floor and a one-on-one lunch with an RBC employee, giving them an opportunity to chat about careers in financial services. Jennifer Publicover, Group Head, RBC Insurance, shared some thoughtful advice on how to navigate this important time in life.
