This one hits just right … Full Recipe Below Ingredients -3lbs Ground Beef, 90/10 -12oz Bacon, roughly chopped -32oz Beef Broth, -3 Cans Chili Beans, Pinto, Kidney, Black, we used one of each -3 Cans Diced Tomatoes -2 White Onions, diced -1 Red Bell Pepper, diced -1 Green Bell Pepper, diced -2 Jalapeños, diced -2T Tomato Paste -5 Cloves Garlic, minced -3T Chile Powder -1.5T Cumin -2tsp Paprika -2tsp Oregano -1tsp Cayenne -Salt & Pepper as you wish **Garnish w Cheddar Cheese, Sour Cream, Serrano Peppers Diced **Big Pot, Medium Heat, Add Bacon **10-12 Minutes on Bacon, set aside **Remove most of Bacon Fat, keep it **Add Beef, break up and brown, set aside **Remove most of fat from the pot **Add Onion, Peppers and sauté for a bit **Add Tomato Paste to middle, cook 2-3 min, let the flavors rise then bring together **Add some bacon fat back in **Add Garlic to middle, cook 2-3 min, stir **Add all seasonings, mix and cook 2-3 min **Add Beef Broth, scrape bottom of pot with wo...
