I've been thinking a lot recently about what 20+ years of event planning has taught me:
1. Every event is built on trust.
Our clients trust us with some of the most meaningful moments of their lives and that trust is earned through calm leadership, attention to detail, and unwavering follow through.
2. Design means nothing without logistics.
The most stunning floral or draping loses its magic if guests are waiting for shuttles or dinner. Beautiful design only works when it’s supported by a flawless plan behind the scenes.
3. Guest comfort is non-negotiable.
From shade during an outdoor ceremony to cozy throws at a coastal reception, guests remember how they felt. Every decision should make them feel considered, welcomed, and cared for.
4. A strong vendor team changes everything.
Perfection doesn’t happen by chance , it’s built by people who anticipate, adapt, and care deeply. I hire vendors I don't have to micromanage. I’m endlessly grateful for the team who shows up with me time ...
