New York University law professor Ryan Goodman and his team at the law journal Just Security analyzed more than 400 lawsuits filed against the Trump administration. Goodman says he was surprised to read what judges in these cases wrote about the Justice Department. “We found over 35 cases in which the judges have specifically said, what the government is providing… false information. It might be intentionally false information, including false sworn declarations time and again," says Goodman.
