CHIMICHURRI SAUCE
Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh parsley
- 1 cup fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup fresh oregano, optional
- 1/4 cup red onion or shallots
- 3 garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt, then more to taste if needed
- 1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 cup olive oil
Directions:
1. Finely chop parsley, cilantro, oregano, onion, and garlic in a food processor. Pour into a mixing bowl & stir in all remaining ingredients.
