This is how I roll. This is what my body looks like when I drive to the gym. I love my rolls. I said “rolls” because you can’t see the one that’s like my own kangaroo pouch because my shorts are high waisted. 😜 or the rolls that come out to say hello on my back when I put on pants and a bra. My sag, cellulite and stretch marks - I have earned these puppies over the last 54 years living on this awesome planet, partying hard, having kids, and enjoying good food. They’re all mine so I don’t hide them. Why do I exercise? Not because I need to fix anything. And neither do you. You aren’t broken. I 5-4-3-2-1 #DoItAnyway because I want to FEEL better. Because my body DESERVES to be taken care of. So does yours. Because I want to live a long vibrant life. So do you.
