In honor of officially making it through the first trimester, I wanted to share the video from the morning I found out I was pregnant again. 🤍 I didn’t know if I would ever share this one, and it was such a different reaction than my previous pregnancy. When I first saw the positive pregnancy test after the last embryo transfer, I had immediate tears of joy and disbelief, running to tell my husband. But this time, after the loss of that pregnancy, it was more shock followed by an overwhelming feeling of heaviness. SO much gratitude, don’t get me wrong, but then I was also immediately overwhelmed by the weight of embarking on this entire journey all over again with the high hopes & the visceral knowledge of all that can coming crashing down at any time.
