A workout from around 40 years ago!
Here’s a little insight to a workout and my training logs from back then.
Have a scroll through and you’ll see a young Dorian in action. Some of the exercises are different to what you see in Blood & Guts like the press behind neck, close grip rows, preacher curls etc but Blood & Guts was a snapshot in time of my training exercises, although many did remain the same like press downs, bb curls, seated raises and so on.
You’ll also see here, I was training 3x per week with a rest on the weekend and you’ll even see the times of day I trained too!
And some little notes that I made to myself, like a mini review of how I was feeling and my sleep, recovery etc.
